Patrick B. Calcutt

Patrick Calcutt received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 1987, attending as a National Merit Scholar. Patrick was active in several campus organizations and was awarded a varsity letter in cross country.

Patrick attended law school at The Florida State University College of Law, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review and was tapped for the Order of the Coif. Patrick received his J.D., with High Honors, in April 1990, also in the top ten percent of his graduating class.

Patrick has been in private practice since admittance to The Florida Bar in 1990. In June 2007, Patrick was admitted, by examination, to the State Bar of Georgia. Patrick has handled trial and appellate matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida and Georgia.

Patrick has actively participated as lead or co-lead counsel in a number of reported cases and has been quoted in several news articles on the law and issues of public interest. In the past, Patrick also authored articles on the rights of crime victims (Florida State University Law Review) and on Bankruptcy procedure (The Florida Bar Journal).

Kathleen Calcutt

Kathleen Calcutt has been practicing law since 1991 and is admitted to practice in Florida and Georgia. Kathleen concentrates her practice in the area of domestic infant adoptions. Kathleen is co-founder and General Counsel for AmericanKidz Adoption Services, Inc.

On a personal level, Patrick and Kathleen are married with six children. Patrick has taught business law as an adjunct instructor at a local community college and has coached elementary and middle school children in flag football, tackle football and track and field.
